June 14 Phlebotomy Seminar held at the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen in Richmond
50 attendees participated in our chapter sponsored 2007 Phlebotomy Seminar. 3 topics were presented by our speaker, Dennis Ernest: "What Every Phlebotomist MUST Know", What Needle Phobic Patients Wish You Knew", and "Neddlestick Exposure Prevention". Participants had the opportunity to obtain important information to improve their phlebotomy departments as well as share their ideas and experiences. Everyone felt that the time was well spent and they were able to take back information to share with their departments.
